Find Support, Clarity, and Space to Heal
I’m here to help you navigate life with more ease, self-understanding, and emotional wellbeing.
CAN YOU RELATE?
Check in with yourself
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying more than they show — and together, we work toward a life that’s more connected, rewarding, and whole.
Therapy Can Help You Reclaim Your Sense of Self
Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional support, or long-term healing,
I tailor treatment to your unique needs.
Individuals
One-on-one therapy can be transformative
when you’re ready to learn more about yourself and take steps towards meaningful change.
Parents
Parenthood is a profound experience that
also triggers difficult feelings. Therapy can
help you navigate those challenges.
Young Adults
The road from adolescence to adulthood
can feel a little rocky. Support from a
trusted therapist can ease the transition.
A Space Designed for Your Wellbeing
Your therapy experience should feel calm, consistent, and supportive. I’m committed to providing a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you.
Virtual Sessions
Flexible • Private • Accessible
Virtual therapy allows you to heal from the place you feel most at ease. Whether you prefer the comfort of home or need support on a busy schedule, telehealth sessions offer an accessible, confidential way to prioritize your mental health.
In-Person Sessions
Grounded • Personal • Supportive
For those who find comfort in face-to-face connection and live near my office in Corte Madera, CA, my therapy space offers a calming environment where you can speak freely and feel truly supported.
Meet Your Therapist
I’m Elizabeth Lane, a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate stress, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and families in private practice and as a school-based counselor at Dominican University and schools throughout Marin County, CA.
Much of my current work focuses on helping clients understand how experiences from their past may be playing a role in today’s challenges — and how insight, awareness, and support can open the door to meaningful change.
I provide in-person and virtual support for clients in CA and virtual support for those in MA, NY, WA, and LA.
